Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the LinkUp platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the service.

1. The service

LinkUp is a restricted-access platform connecting content creators and brands. Access during the MVP period is granted by invitation only. LinkUp reserves the right to accept or reject registrations without providing a reason.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Information provided during registration must be truthful and up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account on the platform.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at suporte@uselinkup.app.

4. Acceptable use

By using LinkUp, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Post false, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing content.
• Attempt to access data or systems beyond what you are authorized to.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without authorization.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content — text, images, trademarks, logos, layouts, and code — is protected by LinkUp's copyright and intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of content you create and publish on the platform. By publishing, you grant LinkUp a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display and process it solely for operating the service.

6. Suspension and termination

LinkUp may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent use, or behavior harmful to the platform. You may close your account at any time by requesting it at suporte@uselinkup.app.

7. Limitation of liability

LinkUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, SP.
